    Explored CoStar and other broker websites, to find our ideal property for our mixed-use of office, retail, residential and industrial

    In a team of five, we conducted analysis and due diligence for our lease contracts and internal rate of return

    Concluded our analysis with a $3 million selling price, which nearly doubled our investment in 10 years
